I’m a 32-year-old active male who lives in Evanston, IL and loves running, biking, and really long walks. A few years ago I discovered the importance of food and diet in athletic performance and overall well being, and have been incorporating that knowledge into pushing my personal limits. This year, I plan to do my first 100-mile bike race and to beat my personal best 50K run. I’m doing this blog to share some tidbits I’ve learned and also make sure I stay on course to my goals!
